"I was originally a corporate client of yours and retained services personally for your professional financial expertise, assistance and recommendations, which proved fundamental to my ability and decision to retire. After the sale of our house, and after investigating various options, we decided to invest in a stock market related product recommended by our Chartered Planner. Prior to this Neal had taken a holistic view of our financial affairs and recommended a product within our elected risk profile.
