Whenever we think about making a financial decision, Neal is always our first port of call.

Neal has been great in advising us with our mortgage and finding us the best deal twice now. He's also helped us make decisions on our future, be it retirement and pensions, savings or life insurance. He's always helpful and gives us as much information as possible for us to make informed decisions that we are still happy with, years down the road.

He is also great at giving you the time you need, and very flexible at meeting at a time and place convenient for us. Whenever we think about making a financial decision with our future, Neal is always our first port of call... The best part about Neal... there's no B.S.! If he doesn't know enough to give you an informed answer, he'll tell you that, go away, do the research and get back to you as soon as possible.

What could they have done better?

I've actually though long and hard and I can't think of anything that Neal could do better.
